Privacy notice
We collect as little as we can, we don't sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we keep
- Your challenge: the name you type, your vibe, questions and answers.
- When you play: the name you type, your answers and your score.
- If you log in: your email address. We send you a one-time code; there's no password.
- Your phone: a random ID saved on this phone, so it remembers the challenges you made. It isn't linked to your phone number or contacts.
- Usage: simple events like “opened a link”, “finished playing” or “tapped share”, so we can see what works and fix what doesn't. Our hosting providers also keep normal server logs (like IP addresses) for security.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't use third-party ad trackers. Ads are shown by us.
- We don't read your WhatsApp or contacts. Sharing only happens when you tap share.
Who can see what
- Anyone with a challenge link can see the questions and the leaderboard (names and scores).
- Only the creator can see the full dashboard. Correct answers are never shown before someone plays.
- Your email is never shown to other people.
Who helps us run it
Our database and login emails run on Supabase, and the website is hosted on Vercel. They process data only to provide those services. Their servers may be outside Nigeria.
How long we keep it
Challenges stay until you delete them. Deleting one wipes its questions, answers and everyone's plays. Usage events are kept for up to 12 months. Login sessions expire after 90 days.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Children
WhoSabiPass isn't for children under 13. If a child has used it, contact us and we'll delete their data.
